Error showing when i try to install civ4

I keep getting this error message when installing Civilization 4 (pic below). This is the 1st time on my new imac i've tried to install it but this time i have had this message is there anyway i can fix this or am i needing to get a patch for the game?.

I'm using imac 3.06GHz Intel Core 2 Duo.
