Error traying to update to "el cap"

Hello,

I have a Macbook Air early 2014 (A1466) - i5 4gb - 128ssd
A few days ago, i hit update to el capitan, and after 30 min i got a screen saying the installation could not finish. I wen to the report and said something about not having the instillation file in the download folder... ok... i said, nice one apple...

i wen to my pc with win7 downloaded a "el capitan" dmg image and made a booteable flash drive.
The mac didn't like it, is did a Yosemite flash drive, the mac didn't like it, i did a lion flash drive and the mac accepted it as a installation... so i did the installation.

After the installation, i hit the update to el cap again, AND AGAIN I GOT THE SAME ERROR !!

Could you guys give me a hand before i throw this out of my windows ?
Let me know what details you need and i'll post them.

Are you attempting an update from Yosemite? Or from 10.11.x?

Use Disk Utility to tell whether the startup volume appears to be OK. If not, please let us know what errors are reported.

If it's OK, then start in Safe mode, then start in normal mode and use App Store to retry the update.

That's a kernel panic. Start in single user mode then at the command line:

nvram boot-args="-v keepsyms=y"

Then restart and if a panic recurs, take another photograph. (There'll be something more human-readable in the backtrace.)

ok, i did that, restarted and got a lots of screens with black background and white letters, and then it wen back to the osx utility screen, restore with timemachine / re install osx / help inet / disk util /

not sure if i'm in safe mode, but i hit re install osx and got an error saying "an error preparing the installation, try run the app again"

With the installer on screen, key Command-L to present a log. Use the menu within that window to show everything (not just errors) then maximise the window and take another photo.

Or (a hint) you can copy from the log window then use Safari in Recovery OS to log in to MacRumors Forums and paste the text here.

sorry for the delay, i went to the cinema, the new xmen was good
does the date has to do anything with the error ?

i had troblues trying to boot from the las 3 OSX, maverick yasemite and el cap
but Mountain Lion, boots and installs correctly

Should i worry about file system ? does the flash drive has to be gpt or mbr

Probably. Defocusing from Macs, for a moment: a system time that is significantly wrong can affect some types of authentication.

Refocusing on your Mac: with the apparent attempt to install El Capitan in February 2005, I assume that the untrusted certificate title error arose from the system treating the certificate as being from the future; as being non-authentic.

Or if you have (say) a USB flash drive that's large enough for an installation of OS X, then install to that drive (maybe a friend can help you, with a Mac where the time is correct); and then boot your Mac from that drive to correct the time.
