Maybe someone could identify these error messages coming from Apple Service Diagnostics? I don't find a real answer to it with Google:
1)
Current (ICBC) - CPU-B core current (test #1) - Sensor Reads Within Operating Range - Check to ensure that sensor reads within operating range. ERROR -- 3 [Sensor reading below low point] -- (1.61) TEST FAILED
2)
Thermal Interface - Processor
rocessorB (test #4) - TIM Test 75 percent Gardband - Check that CPU heatsink is properly attached, using product spec theta dh + 75 percent guardband. ERROR - -47006 [Processor power error] -- TEST FAILED
The problem my MacPro has is that it sometimes doesn't wake up from sleep, meaning, I click somewhere in the Finder but none of the apps is responding anymore, I only get the beachball of death and can only shut down the Mac with the Power Knob.
My System:
MacPro 3,1 (Early 2008)
Mac Os X 10.8.5
Thanks!!
