ESATA controller that does optical drives?

Granted I haven't tried it in a while, but my highpoint Rocketraid 2134 can't drive a SATA optical drive.

Is there one that can?

My Newer Technology MAXPower eSATA 6G PCIe 2.0 drives an LG BE12LU30 just fine.
