I've been infuriated by Spectrum with the ATV3 and ESPN app. It worked fine up until about two or three weeks ago when it started saying "This channel is not included in your cable package". Yes. It is. I called spectrum who verified it is included, but offered no help because "it's not our app." I tried logging out of my cable provider and logging back in to no avail. It works fine on my ATV4. I did get the same message on my iphone 8+, but disconnected the app from using the cable provider and it works fine now.
The issue has to be in the log in to the Spectrum account - When I logged out and back in, it gives me the activation code, but when I pick spectrum, it skips right by the log in page and says my tv is activated. Does anyone know how to make it prompt me for a log in?
