how can I set up shortcut app to automatically send home ETA iMessage to another number when I leave work my work location ?

Try this:

There is also a screenshot if you’d prefer to set it up yourself.
[doublepost=1537271312][/doublepost]PS: you can’t set it to automatically go off when you leave work, so you will have to run it manually. You can however set a Siri command e.g. “I’m leaving work” so you can quickly trigger it.

In addition, if you want an “ETA” as requested then you can pass Travel Time into Format Date to format it as a time.

Although Travel Time is a timespan, it will be treated as a date/time by any actions that take a date/time. It just adds the timespan to the current date/time. Format Date is just one example of such an action.
