After updating my Mac to 10.11.4 the Ethernet disconnected after some time and I need to restart the mac to make him work again.

There is a solution for this issue?

What's the ethernet plugged into at the "other end"?

I'd suggest you "power down" that device (and the Mac). Wait a few seconds a power everything on again...

The ethernet cable plugged into my router on the other side. I had never issue on previous versions of El Capitan.
