iPhone 14 Pro Max [EU] Apple Care for iPhone question

Hello all,

I have a question to EU part of this community.

I have ordered iPhone 14 Pro Max 512 GB and it will arrive to me to Poland on 16/09.

In Poland there is no Apple Care available. 22/09 I will fly to Germany to Dusseldorf where there is official Apple Store near by my hotel.

Is there possibility to get there Apple Care for me - foreigner - polish citizen? I have Revolut card only and polish debit card. I can also pay by money.

I've got information that I can use Apple Care in polish services.

In theory, the Terms (6.2.5.1) suggest they will only sell you AppleCare+ if your main residence is inside Germany.

In practice, I'm not sure what information they will ask for. Maybe they will expect you to provide a German address?
