It will ship tomorrow (Thursday). Mine still says delivery date Monday September 25th, although the status is also Preparing for Shipment (since last week) and my creditcard got fully charged this monday (instead of only a reservation).

My Card Authorisation just disappeared from my Credit Card statement, it's that normal?
Keep in mind that this is just the authorisation, not the actual charge, let's say the reservation. Maybe the bank removes the amount from my credit card if the merchant (apple in this case) don't take the money in X days.

Swedish order here - iPhone 15 Pro Max 256GB Natural Titanium, ordered with Comviq last friday. Order still processing... Preliminary delivery this Friday
As far as I know from previous orders, for Europe shipping notifications will only show up tomorrow for delivery on Friday. Tonight at the earliest if we are lucky. 🍀. Things might have changed since I ordered the iPhone 12 Pro …
Ordered my iPhone 15 Pro Natural Titanium around 14:15 on the 15th for pick up at 8:30 on the 22nd at the Apple Store.
No such luck for me yet.

Yes, seems like that for EU order the tracking is only available when the phone left the EU located facility and not all the way from China.
The only thing that is REALLY bad is that shipping the day before launch, for a lot of location (in Italy for example) this mean that we not receive the phone on Sep 22. Apple does that to be sure that the phone are not delivered before Sep 22 (to not break the day one) but in reality my order will not be delivered before Monday or even Tuesday.
I've had that happen previously, that the reservation "disappeared" without an actual charge being made. That time - after a day or two with fear and confusion - the actual charge was made, and I got the stuff as expected... but that uncertainty was nerve-wrecking...
Most of my Apple stuff are shipped from the Netherlands up to Bergen.
Sidenote: DHL appears to just have one location in Western Norway, so often their tracking says that the item has arrived in Stavanger, and are out for delivery - Stavanger is a 5 hrs drive from Bergen - and that's also a source of fear, confusion and - eventually - a little ridicule... Hopefully they've sorted out their sh...stuff this year...
The reduced shipping status by UPS MyChoice can be verified for EU orders, too.
I can see my 15 pro order as underway from China and delivery by Sep 22 in the UPS tracking system.
But as said, only with reduced information due to the fact, that this tracking can only be done by reference number and not the tracking number until the Apple system shows the real tracking number.
It’s the same procedure as the guys in the US thread explain.
which reference number do you use? The full Wxxxxxx and the one without the last two digits don't work for me

I think third-parties had them after the keynote this year/right before pre-orders launched, or at least they knew the quantities they'd be getting. My carrier who says they're available from 22.09 has the in stock/out of stock indicator on their website on for some reason for the pre-orders. It doesn't prevent you from making a pre-order but I can see all colors of the 128GB Pro are out of stock with some in stock for the 256GB variant and all colors of the 128GB regular 15 are still "in stock". The Pros were "in stock" when I pre-ordered, minutes after pre-orders launched so it shouldn't be a bug.
Try downloading the UPS app and logging in with the email you used for your order. Mine is in the list of packages but says "DETAILS NOT YET AVAILABLE"
You need the Wxxxxxxxxxx number without the last two digits.
Normally there are ten digits after W, but you type only W and the first eight digits.
But you have also to date back the begin date to about the 15th September, so that this timespan should include your initial shipment time.
And you should not make other entries.
When I add my postal code or country as the page wants to know, it will find nothing for me too.
Then it shows mine as in the other screenshot.
But there are no times or stations for the shipping process due to the tracking only by reference.

I ordered 5 minutes after the launch and despite it saying "arrives sept 25" I really hope for the launch day, omg
