I am in great problem that i am illustrating to get help from you to save me.

With iPhone 4 GSM and iOS 7.0.6 i jailbroke my phone with evasi0n 7. After that i found that safari, calculator, mail cant open and crash just after opening.

Then as i was idiot i googles a little and delete the cydia installer with entire packages inside it to resolve the crashing problem. :( Later i found that the problem could be solved by deleting some cache files. :(

Now i cant un-jailbreak, evasi0n also disappear when we have to open it in phone. I cant restore via iTunes. iTunes show "error 3194" both for 7.0.6 recovery or 7.1.1 update.

I have no root access to the file system. So i cant install cydia manually.

Can you please tell me the way to reinstall the Cydia again? Or what to do for the best result?

That would be really life saving for me. :)

Thanks in advance. :)

do you at least have iFile installed? what about OpenSSH or afc2add?

you cannot restore to 7.0.6 and is your host file pointing to cydia's server? if it is, then that's why you cannot restore to iOS 7.1.1

That got me a few times. Gotta redirect host file back to Apple.
