iPhone evasion and restore from iCloud

I have question, or more a concern. I jailbreak my iPhone 4s with evasion IOS 6.1.2. Everything worked fine till I overdo some settings and files, so my iPhone after reboot stuck on apple logo. I the end and many attempts to now restore my iPhone with iTunes (reason new version of IOS ) But I had to. So after restore I did downloaded my back up from icould and what I see and have.
I did used on my iPhone sbrotator 6 and activator and now my iPhone seems to have still some of the options from those apps.
Examples: I still have the icon from the sbrotator and activator on my status bar. I used activator to swipe right on status bar to lock unlock screen rotation from sbrotator 6.

so now I'm wonder, did iCould backed up my settings from the jailbroken iPhone and apps from cydia? Is it that possible??

I really don't know what happened but if I was you, I would DFU restore my phone with the newest firmware, since you already lost 6.1.2 anyway, I would make it as clean as possible.

icloud does not back up Cydia tweaks or their data.

Something weird has happened.

Your going to be stuck on iOS 6.1.3 stock.

Something is really strange. Yeah, that's good idea. I'll restore my iPhone again and set it up as a new one. I think I have to delete the back up I have on icoud.
It's really strange, it seams not only these two apps are keep working, infolock too with the icons on status bar. It's really weird what happen to my back up from icloud
