That has nothing to do with the JB. Let's use common sense, and look at all the threads just created for this same topic. Cydia is being over-loaded with the JB community.
 
Kind of funny saurik said his servers would be prepared this time around. I think the delay and anticipation of release and all the hype it got really snow balled this into something much larger than it should have been. If it had gotten released thursday night while most people were sleeping and without much fanfare i think the servers would have been much more capable of handling the traffic load. But with a weeks worth of hype and anticipation i don't think any one seen this coming.
 
Please everyone stay off Cydia for the next five minutes. I just need to download my SBSETTINGS and then you can get back on. Give me until 2PM EST.

It means the servers are getting hammered by so many people who just did their jailbreak. It'll be a few days before everything calms down.
