Plus bonus flaming Apple logo.

I love blowing things up and watching them being blown up. But, I'll never understand why folks buy such expensive products for the sole purpose of destroying them.

Right there with you on that last sentence. Almost makes me wonder why these people have access to explosives.

Youtube has revenue sharing, so the hope is to blow up something exotic enough that it will go viral and in the end make money.

The two times he connected the nMP seems the poor lad could not get a boot screen! More bomb literate than computer literate! :D

That's not C4.

C4 does not detonate in a pretty cloud of expanding fire. In fact, there's almost no fire at all- the explosion occurs so fast that there isn't time for fire. You'll see a large cloud of vaporized crap after the fact, but no fire (apart from the initial flash).

What is it then?

What is it then?

Damned if I know.

One of my childhood friends grew up to be a pyrotech in the film industry. I've gotten several first hand experiences watching him and his crew blow **** up, with various concoctions including C4 (under the direct supervision of the local bomb squad). All I know is that they never use C4 or anything else like it because, frankly, it's boring to watch. You see something, and then it's gone. The precision of that stuff is almost terrifying in that regard, it barely computes when you're looking at something and it simply disappears with a flash and a mighty thud.

My guess is that it's some kind of mixture using more common materials. There are dozens of explosives favourited by pyrotechs everywhere because you get the boom backed up by an impressive visual. I just know C4 is not one of those explosives.
