Both the unit itself and the OS it runs look a little familiar...

lol, lame! c'mon, if you need to buy a new computer just so you can have "easier access to myspace", you've got problems. just my opinion. anyone else?

I'm downloading "gOS Space" now to run in a VM now; I can barley wait to see the "MySpace apps"

This is completely ridiculous.

Why would Apple let Everex run OS X on the little itty bitty PC.... Oh, wait......

I smell a lawsuit.
i doubt it, Aopen minipc was there years ago, about the same time of first mac mini, and it looks exactly like mac mini. this is just a cheaper version.

Apple didn't bring lawsuit previously, and won't this time neither, probably because they didn't actually own the design.

It reminds me a little of the PC maker attempts to copy the G3 iMac in the late 90s:

I think the OS (on the Everex) is what's a more striking rip-off than the computer itself...!

I am thinking that the lawsuit mentioned is more for the interface look versus the hardware...

still can't imagine it.

I doubt grouping windows/app together was such an original idea.

But hey, if apple does have the patent/copyright, go ahead.
