Every day, Smart Keyboard Case Craps Out

So, every morning, my Smart Keyboard Case on the 10.5 IPP doesn't work and I have to restart the iPad.

It's super frustrating.

p.s. i'm on the iOS 11 Public Beta.

That was happening on my 12.9, 2 betas ago. It stopped on the last beta and hasn’t happened so far on the GM. I was able to just power it off, then on again, without having to actually restart it.

The keyboard still fails to work, but starts working again with a simple power on and off, not a restart.

I have the Logitech Slim Combo and it happens to me too.. Sometimes, detaching the keyboard helps make it recognize it again, but then there are times where I have to reboot my iPad.

Is it just an iOS 11 GM thing? Or is it the Smart Connector having early bugs?

This happens to me too, even on the new public release of iOS 11.0.1. It’s been happening since developer beta 1.

I find that Command + Tabbing into another app and back again fixes this.
