iPhone Every time I scroll it tries to open a page

Every website I am scrolling and tries to open a page when my fingers is on a link, So annoying and never did this before I am on 13.1

Think this might be the solution. Go over a link on a page and press and hold till the menu contains the following menu pops up:-

Open in new tab
Download linked file
Add to reading list
Copy
Share
Hide Link Previews

Go down the menu as you may not see the bottom options.

Click on Hide link previews.
