...I am incredibly impressed with the speaker system and audio. The sound really is amazing on this sucker, especially for a laptop. Great bass for the size and just overall wonderfully balanced and immersive sound.

Macs have the best audio system in laptops. Others come close at times, but Apple is always on top when it comes to audio

Couldn't agree more! I recently gave my M1 Pro 16" to my son and picked up a lighter M2 Air. For my workload and style, the portability trumped the power of the M1 Pro 16" but the main area I noticed an impact is sound quality. Before, when listening to music while I worked, the 16" M1 Pro speakers carried the duty. Now, with the M2 Air, I find myself with AirPods Pro in my ears more often. The M2 Air still has great sound but the M1 Pro 16" did just enough to not make me reach for headphones or speakers for casual listening.
