I just got a hold sunday but they won’t charge it till it gets picked up or shipped. The hold should fall off by then, do they recharge after that?

I pre-ordered for store pick up on release day using Apple Pay - the payment actually went through yesterday completely.

What!? That’s weird I have never seen that. Suppose to be on hold till you pick up or it’s shipped.

I was charged fully for both my watch and phone on Friday morning around 10 am CST.

I was fully charged 30 minutes after I pre-ordered. For both phones.

I was charged within 2 hours of placing the order. Then Apple erroneously billed me for an iPhone I did not order. Spent some time on the phone with support who have put in for a reversal of that erroneous charge.

That sucks...
[doublepost=1537201998][/doublepost]Pre ordered Friday at 6:30amPST. Didn’t see a hold till yesterday.

Yeah it does, now I have to keep an eye out for the refund, which they said will take about 1 week.

Damn that really sucks, you would think processing millions of orders they would get all of them right... haha

I used Apple Pay. I had a pending charge for the full amount relatively quickly and it still says pending. I have a tracking number and everything, but the pending charge has not changed to an actual charge yet.

My card was authorized for both watch and phone for $0 dollars. I called my CC company because we saw nothing about a charge or authorization. This after the first card I used with Apple Pay authorized the watch but then refused the phone due to fraud concerns. They were surprised to see two transactions go through at 12:10 am or so they said.
