Everyone says Samsung's have dropped in price. Where can I get a GS8+?

I have been looking but I can't find these deals people talk about.

After seeing the note 8 I think a gs8+ works better for me and want that phone.

Cheapest I seen is like 774 on Amazon

Samsung has run a number of trade-in deals on their Web site. Bought my S8+ when it was $150 off and $150 trade in for any working phone. However, they only offer their unlocked version on their Web site in black.
