I check every device and I turned off all the share among devices and all devices are set to allow notifications. When people send me an iMessage it STILL reads I have notifications silenced. Any clue why this would be the case? My MacBook, iPhone, iPad, and Mac mini are all set up the same. Is this a bug or something I m missing?

One note, on MacOS the option to share focus status is grayed out, but it is also checked. Anything I try to not make it grayed out does not work.

What happens if you also turn off Share Focus Status on your mobile devices? (Focus > Focus Status > Share Focus Status). Share Across Devices must be enabled to disable Share Focus Status. Then you cna turn off Share Across Devices. That was a setting you hadn't mention in your OP.

The Share Focus Status is grayed out on your Mac if your only Focus is Do Not Disturb (which can't be deleted). If you add another one (Personal, Work), it should become active.

Issue was fixed after four hours of phone support, a phone restore, and then realizing it was a MacBook bug that grayed out the focus status. We toggled on an off a few things and it worked. Also, my non badge icon issue for anybody not using an iPhone was fixed as well. That was probably fixed by settings reset. In the end, no need to restore the phone.
