Hi All,

Just letting you know that I have the Apple Part Numbers for the new iMac's and Mac Mini's being released tomorrow or in the next few days.

If you don't recognize me, I was the one who posted this: https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/628705/

Here are all the part numbers. I only have the specifications for the entry level iMac. I will post more details as they become more available.

iMac's
MB417LL/A - iMac 20" 2.66/2GB/320GB/SD/MSE/KB-USA

I am not sure what that MSE means? This will be interesting. Possibly new Mighty Mouse?

Are those numbers similar to anything existing? Engadget says Mac Pro update tomorrow (with ridiculous specs too).

I know the specs are wrong, but I think there's at least a slim chance that there will be a Mac Pro update (although not with those specs).

Edit: That was before I read Mr. X's latest post.

Thanks man!

2.67 GHz is a bit on the low side, while 640 GB is on the high side. I guess the price then could be $2799~$2999?

i agree with the prior poster, possible this is from a reseller's sku list
 
Just a quick question do older macs normally get a price drop on apple.com once the new ones come out as the old mac mini will do fine for me as a media centre attached to my LCD with Elgato TV Tuner :confused:

Yes, the refurbs go down usually another 10%, and Apple usually sends back old stock to be sold as refurbs.

My Black MacBook 2.2 I got as a refurb the day the 2.4's came out, but it looks like it was never used.

That's what the salesman at the Apple store told me. A ton of the plastic MacBooks got sent back to Apple when the Aluminums came out.

The same tomorrow with the Minis...
