I am about to jump from jailbreak 9.0.2 to 9.3.1 with my iPhone 6S.

Is it worth to update; any real speed difference and less lag, overall beter experience, then with your ex iOS 9 jailbreak?
I only have about 10/12 tweaks/apps installed from Cydia.

Since latest jailbreak is not yet ready, if your apps are important to you, hold off.
iOS 9.3.1 has fixed so many bugs existed on previous iOS. But if you want to know performance, they are the same.

I was on 9.0.2 until 9.3 dropped for my 6s, then made the switch. Although I do miss a few tweaks (minimal hosts blocker and Tage, mainly), none of them were critical to my usage case at all. I lost a few tweaks and gained overall more stability and more fluid animations. No more overnight, random reboots, either.

That being said, as soon as the JB drops for 9.3.x, I'm going back in.

Performance is NOT the same. 9.3 is quite a performance jump, especially in UI and fixing the frame drops.

Really? I think hey are identical. I didn't use iOS 9.2.1 for too long though. But even for that, iOS 9.2 is also not that bad.
