Excel: Anyone know what keys I hit accidentally?

This may an OS X or and Excel feature, I'm not sure because I can't replicate it.

Twice now I've been using Excel, and mis-hit a key around the Enter/Delete area of the keyboard. The Excel window shrunk down to a strip at the left edge of the screen. When I clicked on the strip it restored itself to normal. I don't know what keys I accidentally hit, but I would use it again if I could replicate it.

Anyone know what I did?
