Excel's print preview shows page 1 but in page setup I have it set to start on page 65. I can confirm that the page number is programmed in the footer and that it is within the margins.

How do I get this document to start printing page number 65 on the first page and then 66 on the next and so on?

So given it's a bug, let's figure out a way around it. I see two solutions.

1. Skip the page numbers altogether, print the document to pdf, and then use a pdf utility to add page numbers after the fact. I have PDFpen, which is like Preview on steroids. It'll do that, but it costs $80.

2. In Excel, start numbering at page 1, but put your data on page 65 and later. Then print to pdf and delete pages 1-64.
