Excellent Fireworks to Dreamweaver Tutorial

Not a bad peak inside Fireworks. This is close to the way Fireworks is meant to be used, and one of the ways I use it. You should never be exporting html from FW. Just images.

By the way, page 6 is labeled as page 3, so don't get all confused like I did.
