I see this exception code for my weather app (Yahoo Weather) and my journal app (Narrato Journal). From researching it, it looks like the app was attempting to launch and download something, but timed out.
That would be fine, except this error message occurs at times when I am not using my phone. The same error code, first for weather, then for my journal, occurs multiple times daily, but has never coincided with me actually launching either application. Once I finish using either of these applications, I close them. But the error message continues to appear. Can anyone offer an explanation?
