My Microsoft Exchange Account (Mail and Calendar) does seem to stop working after the update. It displays an error message. Do others have the same problem?

On The Interweb Thingy!
I just installed OS X 10.11 to check it out, as it happens I also have an Exchange account on my machine. I am able to send and receive emails from the account.

I don't have the calendar turned on I'm afraid, so I can't help you with that part of your question. But since Mail is able to connect with the Exchange Server I wouldn't expect to have any issues there either.

There is nothing in the release notes that would suggest an issue with Exchange Accounts.

Mine is hanging when adding the account, seems AutoDiscover isn't working. Have bug reported.

Calendar, Notes, Reminders and Contacts appear to be working though a little buggy. Mac Mail is throwing off billions of errors and wont receive emails.

Tons of these:
6/9/15 18:33:06.855 Mail[15961]: Unrecognized XSSimpleTypeDefinition: OneOff
6/9/15 18:33:06.855 Mail[15961]: childFrame with no value: <_SOAPParserFrame: 0x7fc7f0f18480> EWSMailboxTypeTypeDefinition:__NSCFString (Inlined Arrays: (null))

To the point that I get this:
6/9/15 18:33:34.069 Mail[15961]: *** LOG MESSAGE QUOTA EXCEEDED - SOME MESSAGES FROM THIS PROCESS HAVE BEEN DISCARDED ***

I'm opening a bug report with Apple.
