Exchange contacts merge with iCloud contacts

I've recently changed jobs and have all my contacts from the last 5 years still on my iPad under my old exchange group which was my default.
Is there a way to move these to my iCloud so I can access them from my iphone.

Any help or guidance would be appreciated.
