I have an iPhone X running 11.1.2
While the phone is locked, it gets notifications and stacks them as they should be. When I touch the screen or raise the phone, the screen wakes up and reveals notifications form all programs and my 3 e-mail addresses including my @me.com account, @gmail.com account using IMAP and work e-mail using exchange.
As soon as I make eye contact the SMTP notifications expand and disappear yet all other notifications are still there and expanded!
Why do my Exchange notifications disappear? How do I stop this behavior?
This was not the case on the iPhone 7 Plus it replaced. Other co-workers are not seeing this issue on non iPhone X iOS11.1.x phones.
