After several weeks running our company exchange email on our iphone's with no problems, my colleague and I recieved a screen notification to setup our passcode. After creating one, now we can't turn it off under settings. There is literally no button to turn it off anymore. This is quite a nuisance to say the least. Is this a security feature that was turned on our exchange server here locally by our IT guys or what? And how do I get rid of this short of eliminating my exchange email account off my iphone.

Your network guys must have made the change to require a passcode. Ours required the passcode from day 1. You can not turn it off unless you delete the exchange account.

You can change the auto-lock to 5 minutes, which helps a teeny tiny bit.
