I have a iPhone SE running iOS 12. It was factory reset after a couple days ago. It has Verizon service and I'm able to browse the web, etc. I also have it connected to my work wifi and it can also browse the web and other things while on the wifi.

I went to add my work account (we use on-prem exchange 2010) to the phone. It appears it accepts my information but when I attempt to view email, I get random errors such as Can't Connect to Server, account error, etc. I brought in an iPad Mini also running ios 12. Exact same errors.
I created a random email account on our exchange server and added it to the phone. It connected without issue and let's me send and receive emails, etc. I have a personal phone that is non-Apple and it gets my email just fine.
I went in and changed the settings on that exchange account in the phone to match mine and it goes back to the error messages.
I've tried changing my password, verified that I don't exceed the number of accounts tied to mobile devices in OWA, all different kinds of combinations in the email settings on the iPhone.

Any thoughts on why one account is added without issue and the other won't add itself regardless of what's done?
[doublepost=1542033915][/doublepost]Interesting addition...

I ran get-activesyncdevice -mailbox *myname* in powershell and got no output.
I ran it on the random account I created and it showed me information...
Starting to think my mailbox might be corrupted.
