iPad ordered online can be exchanged in store? Say, from 12.9 to 11?

Also, the one I got from the original order was faculty and I had to have it replaced/repaired with their express repair program. Now, I end up with an iPad whose SN doesn't match the box. Can I still get an exchange in store?

is it 14 days or a month? I ordered at the beginning of November and received the iPad in mid-November.

Yes, iPads ordered online can be exchanged or returned in store. You just have to let them know it was an online order purchase as they have to go through a different point of sale. Usually if you give them the web order number then they know.
