Hello all.

Recently bought the 2019 MacBook Pro from Apple unaware of the impending release of the improved 2020 version. I paid £1600, so it had an upgraded processor. However, I’d like to get the 2020 model instead as it has the better Magic Keyboard and a better processor. The model I want is £1999, so £399 more than what I paid.

It has been just over a month since I got the 2019 model. It’s barely been used and is in pretty much mint condition with all the original packaging. If I contacted Apple and told them I’d like to return it and pay another £399, do you think they’d be willing to allow me to get the 2020 MacBook Pro 13”?

Thanks.

I would say it's not possible, because it's already not just over 2 weeks but over a month.
But just try it maybe you're lucky one and they will do it for you.

Only Apple can answer this question for you, but don’t delay in contacting them.
