I apologize if this is redundant but I’m awaiting Friday delivery of an xs. I’m on the iup program and am upgrading from the x. I doubt that I’d want an xs max but once they’re available in the stores to touch and feel and I decide that I’d like one, can I return the xs for the max on the upgrade program and just pay the increased amount?

Typically you have 14 days to return a device including IUP. What they will do is close out that loan and will start you a new loan.
