I have the new iPod Nano, and it has the infamous tilted screen. However, I don't think I have the receipt and we bought it from Target, so if I were to take it to an Apple store would they replace it for me? Or what about if I just call Apple? What are my options?

Target has a very generous return/exchange policy, especially around Christmas time. If you truly did buy it at christmas they can even pull up the receipt with the purchasers credit card.

i think each nano comes with a 1 year warrant from Apple. If you could somehow find a way to SAFELY break your ipod nano, you could send it back to apple and they'll give you a new one(or maybe a refurbished one)

You can't return it at the apple story and get credit;

They have a system that checks if a product was bought at the apple store.

I had some issues with returning shuffle.
