Hi,
I received my 3G iPad at the start of may after importing one from the US. Lately, I have been noticing that some videos 'lock up' when playing and the only way to get the iPad to work again is to perform a hard reset. I have read on the apple discussion forums that other people have been having similar problems and an exchange for a new iPad seems to fix the issue.

My questions are, have anyone else been having this issue, and is it possible for me to exchange my US iPad in a UK apple store if I make a genius bar appointment?

Many Thanks!

Should be fine, just take it to the store, I doubt they will ask if its from the US anyways. The warranty is international I believe.

You'll be fine. The warranty is worldwide. Just don't be surprised if they don't have an iPad in stock to give you in return!
