existing AT&T business customers

i watched the activation video but he nicely skipped existing AT&T customers, what info will i need except my phone number? and does a business plan change anything?

i don't know about the business plan part, but activation was really easy. aside from a phone number and the last four digits of your social security number, there isn't much else to do other than to select the data plan you want (# of text messages). enjoy your iphone purchase. the cool part is that i'm still eligible for a phone upgrade in the fall like i was originally.

The business plan part is not good. Look around these forums some more and you'll find threads about such issues.

You just type in your current info. You'll get a notice that your service discount will not carry over to the new phone.
