existing mobile me account, purchasing new macbook pro. . .

Hi,
So I have an existing mobile me account that I was trying to get my work calendar on my iphone. Anyway, never worked out, my work machine is locked down, but my question is I am buying a new mac and if I purchase mobile me at checkout will it just add a years worth to my existing mobile me account? or will I now be stuck w/ two mobile me accounts? I do not already have an existing mac, just a windows laptop that I have not installed mobile me on.

When you order MobileMe when buying a new Mac, you'll get a box with a code in it (or maybe just the code in an envelope - it's been a while since I purchased MobileMe with a new Mac). You can then use this code to renew your existing MobileMe account - they won't automatically create a new account for you.
