Explain to me what this means

Off Apple's site:

"Configure-to-order, personalized or other customized products may not be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances unless such product is Dead on Arrival (see the section below for more detailed information on such Dead on Arrival products)."

Does this mean I cannot return my GLOSSY MBP that has severe yellowing on the bottom of the screen?

It means you're going to have to talk to Apple to get your display replaced.

EricNau is Correct. Built to order machines cannot be returned, unless they are DOA. I would consider the yellowing to be in the same category as DOA.

I don't follow...

If you get it repaired, you get the same computer back (i.e. the new computer you purchased).

Hmm, I would say try and give 1-800-APL-CARE a call, see what they have to say. Not sure whether they would just replace the screen, or the entire computer.
