Explicit Music Warning - 9.3 beta

Since updating to 9.3 beta, I'm getting a weird music pop-up, which causes my music to either skip to the next song or stop completely.
This usually happens after about playing the same MP3 file for more that twenty minutes.
I do not have any restrictions on in settings. I have checked. I have clicked allow, and the pop-up comes back.

Anyone else?

Try first with clear history and website data in Safari....

Make sure you don't have Restrictions on for Explicit content.
