Export/backup of Photos to external drive (without a Mac)

Hi,

I wonder if there is a way to connect SSD directly to an iPhone and backup all my photos including "Hidden" album?
I know there is some file managers but not sure if they touch the "hidden" album.

I have a lightening to SD card adapter that plugs in, and I can easily copy any files from the iPhone or iCloud to an SD card. For the iPad, I have a thumb drive with a USB-C connector.

I talk about backing up photos from "Photos" app and not Files app.
