Export to iDVD from FCP question

Hi, working with DV footage in FCP3. (20 minutes)

To make the best quality DVD should I export by doing a "Final Cut Pro Movie" OR by using the Quicktime export option with h.264 (QT7 pro)?

Which will look better after using iDVD to make the DVD?

export as Final Cut Pro and make sure u dont click "Movie is self contained". iDVD will have no problem picking it up.
