Exporting from Photos app

I’ve exported my 25,000+ photos from Photos app, but I cannot find a way how to sort subfolders by date. It would be nice to have images sorted by year, but the only exporting option is to name folders by Moments which is in the format "Name - Date".

Any idea how can I swap it with either only Date, or "Date-Name". Also date should be in the format YYYY-MM-DD instead "September 20 2021".
