Are you guys also seeing weird time stamps for the exposure check logging?

I have been out and about the last few days since launch including a city and student accommodation and all my time stamps seem to be from when I am at home with just my wife.... her phone (non beta) seems to be logging the data correctly when we were actually out and about.

for example I have had loads of checks bunched together in the evening and absolutely zero when being in a busy town and then a city, including a restaurant.

very odd

I got the impression that this is the app actually polling back to see if there were any matches where there was exposure to someone who was positive rather than the actual swapping of IDs with another phone. If you actually open one of these one of the entries says "Matched Key Count" which i took to be your phone has connected back to the main system to see if your ID matches to one on the system that has been in contact with another phone where someone has said they were positive since and as it says "0" you're fine to just carry on.

I read the time stamps as being when the phones exchange keys with each other...

I need to try and find more info on what it actually means.... time to get my google on!

My wife's iPhone running 14.3, we are in California. I tried to get her settings all turned on for this, but on the Exposure Notifications screen, she cannot enable (the button is greyed-out) the "Availability Alerts" button, it says the button "location services are turned off". Which they aren't. She has location turned on, with all sorts of apps using location. What, specifically, are they saying, is turned off? My iPhone running same iOS does not have this problem.
