Express Card for MBP

Hi everyone! I am one of the unfortunate people who cannot capture footage to my external drive while its plugin into the fw800 port. I have to unplug the external devices and capture using only gl2 and capture to the MBP HDD. So what i have read through all the forum boards is that the fw bus doesnt have the bandwith to support a external device and a external HDD, for caputre so i have to get a express card. Has anyone else ran into this problem on the MBP?

Also Does anyone recommend a good express card???

I'd get an ExpressCard Serial ATA/eSATA adapter, eSATA enclosure, and all the SATA disk you need. Figure $170ish for 160GB, $200ish for 320GB, $300ish for 500GB, or $500ish for 750GB.
