I have a HDD WD 1TB (ExFAT) connected via USB to wi-fi router Lynksys (WRT160NL) The router can see the disk

How can I make my macbook air see and read/write the HDD?

Thank you in advance.

this says (Connection failed - The server "192.168.1.1" may not exist or it is unavailable at this time. Check the server name or IP address, check your network connection, and then try again.)

Not familiar with Linksys, but it appears the disk is not shared, just connected. You may have to format the disk for the Linksys to be able to create a share? Check the help link for more details.

Also, Mac will attempt to connect using the logged in user's credentials. For example, if the user account on the Mac is "Sergey" with password "password", the mac will try using this to connect to the SMB share. It may require you to use the login credentials for the Linksys, to do so, click connect as and enter local\admin and the Linksys admin password (assuming the admin account on the router is "admin).

doesn't look like a folder is shared in the screen shot.
and the username/password would be that of the router or account set for the disk on the router.
