Extending AC+ in the UK for a new 16" MBP ?

Hi

I've just bought a new MBP and would like to buy AC+ in the UK.

The two year AC+ has just expired on one of our iPads and we were not invited to extend it.

Does anyone have an recent experience of being or not being able to extend an expired one or three year AC+ on a MBP in the UK ?

Apple doesn't send an "Invitation."

Per the article: "You won't receive notifications that your plan is about to expire, unless local law provides otherwise"
