External Battery Pack

I am a proud owner of a c2d mbp and a former pb g4 15" owner. I sometimes take long trips, so I have 2 powerbook batteries lying around and nothing to do with them. I'm wondering if anyone knows of any solutions or has any ideas about buying (or creating) an external battery pack with my Powerbook battery that I could plug into my Macbook Pro. Any ideas?
