Hi
I have an iPad Pro M2 (4th gen) and an iPad 10. I have a Dell docking station with monitor via HDMI and a wireless mouse/keyboard. The dock is USB-C.

When I connect iPad 10 I get the screen/mouse/keyboard but the iPad Pro won’t display an image.

I don’t understand how the iPad 10 would work but not the Pro? Both running iPadOS 18.1.

It’s a 24” Dell monitor with 1920x1080 native resolution.

Any ideas?

Have you tried restarting the iPad? Do any USB-C devices work when connected directly to the iPad?

Yes iPad restarted and I don’t technically have any other USB-C accessories but the mouse and keyboard do work via the Dell dock which is USB-C into the iPad.

The monitor is HDMI.

Interesting. If you live near an Apple Store, I'd make an appointment and have them run diagnostics. From what you've said, there might be something wrong with your iPad Pro.

Is it possible the iPad 10 has slightly better hardware? I think they were both released in 2022?

Nope, the iPad Pro with M1/2 has better hardware in every aspect than the iPad 10. Only exception is if you prefer Touch ID to Face ID.
