I've a SUMO disk I used to use with windows, now empty and I wanted to reconfigure to use with my IMAC as I have no Windows software. However my IMac doesn't even see the external drive when I connect via a USB. So HELP. Does anyone know how I can get my computer to recognise the hard drive and reconfigure it?Many thanks

If you used it with Windows, the format is wrong for sure. It is either FAT or NTFS. Reformat using Disk Utility if you can see it from inside that app.
